Dining on the Moana is a culinary journey, emphasizing fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. The chefs craft delicious meals free from MSG and other additives, ensuring a healthy and flavorful experience. Guests can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast and lunch, followed by a refined set menu dinner. Dietary requirements, including vegetarian and vegan options, are happily accommodated. Beyond the main meals, snacks are available throughout the day, complemented by welcome cocktails, a variety of free soft drinks, and a selection of beers and fine wines.
Komodo National Park offers an incredible array of dive sites, catering to every level of experience. From gentle coral gardens to exhilarating drift dives, the region is famed for its vibrant reefs, abundant fish life, and encounters with pelagic species like manta rays and sharks. The Moana's experienced crew and dive guides leverage their extensive local knowledge to select the best sites daily, adapting to currents and conditions to ensure optimal visibility and marine encounters. With over 50 known dive sites, you can expect diverse underwater topography, from pinnacles and walls to sloping reefs, all teeming with macro and wide-angle photographic opportunities.

Return airport transfers and hotel transfers are included in the trip price. This covers transfers to and from Labuan Bajo airport and local hotels to the Moana liveaboard.
We strongly recommend all guests to purchase comprehensive dive accident insurance and trip cancellation insurance before departure. Dive accident insurance covers medical treatment, hyperbaric chamber costs, and emergency evacuation in the event of a diving incident. Trip cancellation insurance protects your financial investment — not only if you need to cancel or cut short your trip due to personal illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, but also if the trip is postponed or cancelled by the operator due to severe weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In the unlikely event of operator insolvency, cancellation insurance can also help recover your payments. Please ensure your policies are valid for the entire duration of your trip and cover the planned activities.
A valid dive medical certificate is required for all guests on this vessel. The medical form must be signed by a licensed physician and confirm fitness for diving. Please upload your medical certificate when managing your booking.

Twin • Lower Deck • 1.8 m²
These Twin Cabins, specifically cabins 4 and 5, are equipped with two individual beds, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 meters. Guests will appreciate the convenience of a private ensuite bathroom within each cabin. Comfort is ensured with individually controlled air conditioning, ample storage space for personal belongings, and a cozy ambiance provided by warm lighting.

Double • Lower Deck • 2.7 m²
Discover three inviting Double Cabins aboard, each designed for comfort. Cabin 1, situated in the bow, boasts an expansive, uniquely shaped mattress, measuring approximately 1.40 meters at its peak and widening to about 3.0 meters at the base, making it the largest sleeping area on the Moana. Cabins 2 and 3 offer nearly identical sleeping arrangements, featuring mattresses of 1.40 meters by 2.0 meters, with Cabin 2 being marginally more compact at roughly 1.36 meters by 2.0 meters. Every cabin is equipped with a private en-suite bathroom, personalized air conditioning, ample storage solutions, and soothing warm lighting for a truly relaxing experience.
Select a cabin and departure on Moana, and we send a real-time inquiry to the operator. After availability is confirmed, you receive a booking confirmation by email and secure your spot with a deposit.
A deposit (usually 25-35%) is due upon confirmation. The remaining balance is typically due 4-8 weeks before departure, depending on the operator.
After your final payment, you'll receive a travel voucher with meeting point, embarkation time, airport transfer details, packing tips, and your full itinerary.
Most liveaboards depart from a designated marina. Many operators offer airport pickup and transfers — details are in your voucher. We recommend arriving one day before departure.
A valid dive certification (e.g. PADI Open Water), dive insurance, and a valid passport. Some destinations require additional permits or visas — we inform you during booking.
Cancellation terms vary by operator and are in your confirmation. Generally, the earlier you cancel the higher the refund. Changes depend on availability — contact us as soon as possible.
