A torpedo-shaped offshore reef famous for oceanic whitetip sharks. The walls drop to over 70 m and are covered in vibrant soft corals. The north and south plateaus are the best spots for shark encounters. Elphinstone is considered one of the most beautiful reefs in the world, offering near-guaranteed shark sightings in the right current conditions.
