Dining aboard the Kira Kira is a delightful experience, featuring a daily menu of three freshly prepared Indonesian and Western meals. Guests can look forward to a full-board plan served in a welcoming atmosphere, often al fresco. The chef incorporates the catch of the day and provides freshly baked bread, treats, and snacks between dives. Special dietary requests, including vegetarian and vegan options, are happily accommodated. Weather permitting, the crew also hosts beachside BBQs in picturesque settings.
Under the direction of expert dive guides and a Cruise Director, underwater activities are executed according to a meticulously crafted schedule. Indonesia offers an extraordinary underwater landscape, from the rich reefs of Komodo National Park to the vibrant ecosystems of Raja Ampat. The Kira Kira is specifically designed to facilitate exploration of these world-class sites with a focus on safety and personalized experiences. Guests enjoy guided dives from tenders to access remote locations, supported by a crew with deep knowledge of local currents. We strongly recommend all guests to purchase comprehensive dive accident insurance and trip cancellation insurance before departure. Dive accident insurance covers medical treatment, hyperbaric chamber costs, and emergency evacuation in the event of a diving incident. Trip cancellation insurance protects your financial investment — not only if you need to cancel or cut short your trip due to personal illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, but also if the trip is postponed or cancelled by the operator due to severe weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In the unlikely event of operator insolvency, cancellation insurance can also help recover your payments. Please ensure your policies are valid for the entire duration of your trip and cover the planned activities.
A valid dive medical certificate is required for all guests on this vessel. The medical form must be signed by a licensed physician and confirm fitness for diving. Please upload your medical certificate when managing your booking.
