Chumphon Pinnacle Dive Site — Thailand
About Chumphon Pinnacle
Four large granite pinnacles rising from the sandy seabed northwest of Koh Tao, Chumphon Pinnacle is carpeted in pink and purple anemones creating a surreal underwater landscape. Dense schools of chevron barracuda and giant trevally swirl around the pinnacles, while whale sharks make seasonal appearances between March and June. The deeper sections host groupers, snappers, and the occasional bull shark.
