Thailand's Andaman Sea coast offers world-class diving in the warm, clear waters of the eastern Indian Ocean, with the Similan Islands and Richelieu Rock standing as the crown jewels. The Similan Islands National Park features granite boulder formations creating dramatic swim-throughs, arches, and caverns, surrounded by healthy hard coral gardens and dense schools of tropical fish. Richelieu Rock, a submerged pinnacle, is Thailand's most famous dive site and one of the best places in Southeast Asia to encounter whale sharks and manta rays, particularly between February and May. Divers also regularly see leopard sharks, octopus, seahorses, and a kaleidoscope of nudibranchs. The Surin Islands to the north add pristine soft coral walls and reliable manta ray sightings, while the Burma Banks offer adventurous deep diving with silvertip sharks and large pelagics.

We strongly recommend all guests to purchase comprehensive dive accident insurance and trip cancellation insurance before departure. Dive accident insurance covers medical treatment, hyperbaric chamber costs, and emergency evacuation in the event of a diving incident. Trip cancellation insurance protects your financial investment — not only if you need to cancel or cut short your trip due to personal illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, but also if the trip is postponed or cancelled by the operator due to severe weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In the unlikely event of operator insolvency, cancellation insurance can also help recover your payments. Please ensure your policies are valid for the entire duration of your trip and cover the planned activities.
