About Pos II Menjangan

One of the top sites at Menjangan Island with a wall covered in an extraordinary density of gorgonian sea fans and barrel sponges. The reef top hosts a coral garden with staghorn and table corals in excellent condition. Schools of bumphead parrotfish make dramatic morning appearances, while reef sharks patrol the deeper sections of the wall. The site is also known for hawksbill turtles and the occasional passing eagle ray.
