About Hin Daeng

A deep red pinnacle in open water south of Koh Lanta, Hin Daeng (Red Rock) is covered in stunning crimson soft corals that give the site its name. Rising from over 60 meters to within 3 meters of the surface, the pinnacle attracts manta rays, whale sharks, and grey reef sharks. The site is regarded as one of Thailand's premier deep-water dive sites with visibility often exceeding 25 meters.
