Planet Rock Dive Site — Papua New Guinea
About Planet Rock
Planet Rock is Madang's most famous dive site—an offshore seamount rising from the deep where schooling scalloped hammerheads aggregate in the early morning. Grey reef sharks patrol the pinnacle's flanks, while the top is covered in hard corals and frequented by Napoleon wrasse. Strong currents can make this a challenging but incredibly rewarding dive.
