Lama Shoal Dive Site — Papua New Guinea
About Lama Shoal
A deep offshore seamount south of Kimbe Bay, Lama Shoal attracts silvertip sharks, large dogtooth tuna, and dense schools of bigeye jacks in crystal-clear blue water. The pinnacle rises steeply from the abyss, creating upwellings that concentrate marine life. Advanced divers are rewarded with some of PNG's best pelagic encounters.
