Monkey Head Dive Site — Costa Rica

About Monkey Head

A popular wall dive in the Gulf of Papagayo named for its distinctive rock formation. The wall drops into the blue and is covered with sea fans, cup corals, and colorful nudibranchs. Whitetip reef sharks patrol the deeper sections while spotted eagle rays cruise past in the current. An excellent all-round Pacific diving experience.
