Broken Rock Dive Site — Maldives
About Broken Rock
A dramatic split rock formation in South Ari Atoll where a massive boulder has cracked open, creating a spectacular swim-through canyon from 20m to 10m depth. The walls inside are covered in soft corals, sea fans, and black coral bushes. Whitetip reef sharks, Napoleon wrasse, and giant moray eels inhabit the overhangs. Schools of oriental sweetlips and batfish are common, and the site is a favourite for underwater photographers.
