About Gentoo Penguin
The fastest underwater swimming penguin, reaching speeds of 36 km/h. Gentoo penguins are easily identified by their bright orange-red bill and the white patch above each eye. They nest in large colonies on ice-free ground throughout the Antarctic Peninsula and sub-Antarctic islands.
