About Wakaya Island
This exclusive island in the Lomaiviti Group offers world-class diving with manta ray cleaning stations and pristine coral walls. Manta rays visit reliably from May to October, often in groups of 3-5 animals. The walls drop steeply from 5m and feature sea fans, whip corals, and black coral trees. Hammerhead sharks are occasionally spotted in deeper water. The remote location ensures uncrowded diving conditions and exceptional water clarity often exceeding 40m.
