About Tetamanu - Grouper Wall
Located at the southern tip of Fakarava's lagoon near the village of Tetamanu, this dramatic wall dive features massive Nassau grouper aggregations during the June–July spawning season. Hundreds of grey reef sharks patrol the wall edge, drawn by the spawning activity, creating one of the most spectacular predator–prey interactions in the diving world. Outside spawning season, the wall still offers impressive shark numbers and pristine coral formations.
