Rasdhoo Madivaru Dive Site — Maldives
About Rasdhoo Madivaru
A thrilling early-morning dive on the outer reef of Rasdhoo Atoll, famous for encounters with schools of scalloped hammerhead sharks. Divers descend to 30m+ before dawn and wait on the reef slope as hammerheads cruise past in the blue water. Grey reef sharks, silvertip sharks, and eagle rays are also frequently sighted. The dive requires good deep-water experience and comfort in open blue water with occasional strong currents.
