Ampasindava Pinnacle Dive Site — Madagascar
About Ampasindava Pinnacle
A submerged pinnacle rising dramatically from 35m to just 12m below the surface in the sheltered waters of Ampasindava Bay. The pinnacle is thickly encrusted with vibrant dendronephthya soft corals in pink, orange and purple, creating an explosion of colour against the blue. Large schools of bigeye jacks and bluefin trevally swirl around the structure, while reef manta rays visit during plankton-rich months between September and November. A signature Madagascar dive.
