Rainbow Reef Dive Site — Fiji
About Rainbow Reef
Often called the soft coral capital of the world, Rainbow Reef stretches across the Somosomo Strait between Taveuni and Vanua Levu. Nutrient-rich currents feed explosions of dendronephthya soft corals in every conceivable color — reds, oranges, purples, pinks, and yellows. The reef system hosts over 1000 species of fish and 230 species of coral. Anemonefish, lionfish, and nudibranchs are abundant. Multiple dive sites within the reef offer variety for all levels.
