Okobe Thila Dive Site — Maldives

About Okobe Thila

A stunning thila in North Malé Atoll with its top at 12m, featuring massive barrel sponges, gorgonian sea fans, and dense soft coral coverage. Whitetip reef sharks rest in the overhangs, and large morays peer from crevices. Schools of bannerfish and butterflyfish create colourful clouds around the pinnacle. An excellent site for macro photography with nudibranchs and cleaner shrimp hiding in every corner.
