About Man O'War Shoal
The historic shoal where HMS Proselyte met its fate in 1801, now a protected marine park with thriving coral ecosystems. The shallow reef top at 6 metres gives way to sandy channels and coral ridges extending to 15 metres. Green sea turtles, southern stingrays, and spotted eagle rays are regular visitors to this biodiversity hotspot.
