Red Sea Dive Expeditions
Blue Pearl is a liveaboard cruising the Egypt region. It hosts up to 20 divers on board.
The Egyptian Red Sea, a rift valley, supports distinctive marine ecosystems. The Blue Pearl provides access to its dive sites. Egypt’s coastline presents a stark, beautiful contrast, where the expansive desert meets the deep blue of the Red Sea. This narrow sea is a geological formation with environmental conditions that have fostered a high degree of endemism. Its waters are renowned for excepti…
A full-board dining package is included, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and daily snacks. The galley prepares a fusion of Western and traditional Egyptian dishes, served in a contemporary, light-filled indoor hall with wide ocean views. Dining ranges from set-menu dinners to buffet options, starting with a celebratory dinner on arrival.
The Red Sea is widely regarded as one of the world's top diving destinations, famous for its exceptional visibility often exceeding 30 meters and warm waters throughout the year. Divers encounter a remarkable variety of marine life, from oceanic whitetip sharks, hammerheads, and grey reef sharks to graceful manta rays and pods of spinner dolphins. The region offers world-class wreck diving, including the legendary SS Thistlegorm, and pristine coral reefs at Ras Mohammed National Park. Southern itineraries explore remote offshore reefs such as Daedalus, Elphinstone, and the Brothers Islands, where dramatic walls plunge into the deep blue and large pelagics patrol the currents. Vibrant coral gardens host dense schools of anthias, butterflyfish, and giant moray eels, while macro enthusiasts find nudibranchs and ghost pipefish hiding among the reef.

We strongly recommend all guests to purchase comprehensive dive accident insurance and trip cancellation insurance before departure. Dive accident insurance covers medical treatment, hyperbaric chamber costs, and emergency evacuation in the event of a diving incident. Trip cancellation insurance protects your financial investment — not only if you need to cancel or cut short your trip due to personal illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, but also if the trip is postponed or cancelled by the operator due to severe weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In the unlikely event of operator insolvency, cancellation insurance can also help recover your payments. Please ensure your policies are valid for the entire duration of your trip and cover the planned activities.
A valid dive medical certificate is required for all guests on this vessel. The medical form must be signed by a licensed physician and confirm fitness for diving. Please upload your medical certificate when managing your booking.
