Red Sea diving from a purpose-built liveaboard.
Alsuraya is a liveaboard cruising the Egypt region. It hosts up to 24 divers on board.
The 37-meter Alsuraya, built in 2024, offers Red Sea dive expeditions for 24 guests across 12 cabins. Separating two continents, the Red Sea's deep rift valley has created an underwater world of extremes. This unique geography results in dramatic walls that descend into the abyss, fed by currents that support extensive hard and soft coral gardens. This environment is also a major maritime corrido…
Dining on the Alsuraya features a full-board plan, encompassing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals blend Western and local culinary traditions. Snacks are provided throughout the day. Dietary requirements, including vegetarian options or allergy considerations, can be accommodated upon prior request. Welcome cocktails and al fresco dining opportunities are available.
The Red Sea is widely regarded as one of the world's top diving destinations, famous for its exceptional visibility often exceeding 30 meters and warm waters throughout the year. Divers encounter a remarkable variety of marine life, from oceanic whitetip sharks, hammerheads, and grey reef sharks to graceful manta rays and pods of spinner dolphins. The region offers world-class wreck diving, including the legendary SS Thistlegorm, and pristine coral reefs at Ras Mohammed National Park. Southern itineraries explore remote offshore reefs such as Daedalus, Elphinstone, and the Brothers Islands, where dramatic walls plunge into the deep blue and large pelagics patrol the currents. Vibrant coral gardens host dense schools of anthias, butterflyfish, and giant moray eels, while macro enthusiasts find nudibranchs and ghost pipefish hiding among the reef.

We strongly recommend all guests to purchase comprehensive dive accident insurance and trip cancellation insurance before departure. Dive accident insurance covers medical treatment, hyperbaric chamber costs, and emergency evacuation in the event of a diving incident. Trip cancellation insurance protects your financial investment — not only if you need to cancel or cut short your trip due to personal illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, but also if the trip is postponed or cancelled by the operator due to severe weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In the unlikely event of operator insolvency, cancellation insurance can also help recover your payments. Please ensure your policies are valid for the entire duration of your trip and cover the planned activities.
A valid dive medical certificate is required for all guests on this vessel. The medical form must be signed by a licensed physician and confirm fitness for diving. Please upload your medical certificate when managing your booking.
