The famous swimming pigs of the Bahamas are feral domestic pigs that inhabit Big Major Cay in the Exumas. They have become one of the most iconic attractions in the Caribbean, swimming out to greet visiting boats in the crystal-clear turquoise waters. While not marine animals in the traditional sense, they are an integral part of the Bahamas marine experience.
