Explore the Maldives in comfort and style, above and below the waves.
Ocean One is a liveaboard cruising the Maldives region. It hosts up to 26 divers on board.
The Maldivian archipelago's extensive coral reef systems, shaped by dynamic ocean currents, support a rich marine environment hosting diverse pelagic and reef species. Within the Maldivian atolls, two distinct underwater worlds exist side by side. Dining aboard the Ocean One is a delightful culinary journey, blending the rich flavors of Maldivian cuisine with popular European dishes. All meals are served buffet-style, offering a wide array of options to suit various tastes. Freshly caught fish is a regular highlight, ensuring guests enjoy the bounty of the ocean. Beyond the main meals, snacks are provided throughout the day to keep energy levels high between dives. The experience begins with welcome cocktails, and a special dinner is often arranged. The crew is attentive to dietary needs, offering vegetarian and vegan options upon request, making sure every guest has a satisfying dining experience.
The Maldives offers a truly extraordinary underwater world spread across 26 atolls in the Indian Ocean, with crystal-clear waters and visibility frequently exceeding 30 meters. Divers are drawn here for reliable encounters with manta rays at famous cleaning stations like Hanifaru Bay and Lankan Reef, as well as whale sharks that cruise through the channels year-round. The atolls feature distinctive underwater topography including thilas (submerged pinnacles), kandus (channels), and overhangs draped in soft corals. Grey reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks, eagle rays, and Napoleon wrasse are common sightings, while the nutrient-rich currents attract large schools of fusiliers, trevally, and barracuda. Night dives reveal nurse sharks resting on sandy bottoms and bioluminescent plankton glowing in the darkness.

Gratuities · Dive Insurance (32-50 EUR)
Return airport transfers are included in the trip price, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
We strongly recommend all guests to purchase comprehensive dive accident insurance and trip cancellation insurance before departure. Dive accident insurance covers medical treatment, hyperbaric chamber costs, and emergency evacuation in the event of a diving incident. Trip cancellation insurance protects your financial investment — not only if you need to cancel or cut short your trip due to personal illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, but also if the trip is postponed or cancelled by the operator due to severe weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In the unlikely event of operator insolvency, cancellation insurance can also help recover your payments. Please ensure your policies are valid for the entire duration of your trip and cover the planned activities.
A valid dive medical certificate is required for all guests on this vessel. The medical form must be signed by a licensed physician and confirm fitness for diving. Please upload your medical certificate when managing your booking.
