Strong currents fuel diverse coral reefs, attracting manta rays, reef sharks, and a wide array of marine life.

Day-by-day plan

  1. Day 1: Embarkation in Bali

    Bali, Indonesia

Guests will be transferred to the vessel for boarding. After a welcome cocktail and a comprehensive vessel and safety briefing, you will settle into your cabin as the boat begins its overnight journey eastward towards the Lesser Sunda Islands.

  2. Day 2: Sumbawa's North Coast — Moyo & Satonda Islands

    Moyo Island, West Nusa Tenggara

The journey's first underwater explorations begin with check dives along the reefs of Moyo and Satonda Islands. These volcanic isles offer sheltered coral gardens and slopes teeming with vibrant reef fish, perfect for acclimatizing. The area is known for its healthy corals and encounters with ribbon eels and unique macro critters.

  3. Day 3: Saleh Bay — Whale Shark Encounter

    Saleh Bay, Sumbawa

An early start for a trip highlight: swimming with the magnificent whale sharks of Saleh Bay. 4. Day 4: Sangeang Volcano & Gili Banta

    Sangeang & Banta Islands

The day is spent diving the slopes of Sangeang, an active volcano. Underwater, 'Hot Rocks' offers a unique spectacle with volcanic gasses bubbling up through the black sand, creating a submarine jacuzzi. This environment is a paradise for muck diving and macro photography. The day may end with a dive at Gili Banta, a seamount swept by currents attracting larger pelagics.

Welcome to Komodo National Park. The first stop is the northern region, famed for its exhilarating currents and world-class, high-action dive sites. Submerged pinnacles like Castle Rock and Crystal Rock are magnets for pelagic life. Divers can expect to hang in the blue watching giant trevallies, whitetip reef sharks, and huge schools of fusiliers sweep by.

Dive sites: Castle Rock, Crystal Rock

Good to know: Entering Komodo National Park | Strong current diving

  6. Day 6: Central Komodo — Batu Bolong & The Cauldron

    Central Komodo National Park

A full day is dedicated to Komodo's most iconic dive sites. Batu Bolong, a rock pinnacle teeming with life, offers a kaleidoscope of color and fish from top to bottom.
