Cable Inglés is one of the distinct dive sites located within the extensive marine area managed by the Faro Luna International Diving Center, situated along the southern coast of Cuba in Cienfuegos. This region is celebrated for its spectacular underwater environment, featuring clear waters, vibrant coral formations, and diverse marine ecosystems. Cienfuegos, on the southern coast of Cuba, is known for offering a wide array of immersion experiences within a compact area, making its seabed particularly spectacular. The dive site is part of a larger zone that encompasses rock formations, gentle slopes, and small caverns. Within this broader area, divers can explore depths ranging from six to forty meters. The dive center's sites are within 3.5 nautical miles, with the most distant locations reachable in under ten minutes by boat. The topography includes submarine valleys and a rich variety of coral structures. Faro Luna's waters boast abundant marine life, including schools of tropical fish such as parrotfish, angelfish, and butterflyfish. The coral formations, which include branching, brain, and fan corals, provide essential shelter. Occasional sightings of rays, lobsters, and small groupers are possible. The water temperature averages a pleasant 26ºC year-round, contributing to comfortable diving conditions. Diving here is suitable for both beginners and experienced divers, offering opportunities for leisurely exploration and more adventurous dives. Each dive is conducted under the supervision of certified, professional instructors. The calm waters and excellent visibility, typically around 25 meters horizontally, contribute to a safe and enjoyable experience.
