Guests on the Odyssey Liveaboard are treated to a delightful culinary experience, with all meals freshly prepared daily by the onboard chef. The dining style is typically buffet, offering a tempting selection of both Western and local dishes. Beyond the three main meals, which include special dinners, a continuous supply of snacks like homemade cookies and fresh fruit is available throughout the day. Complimentary drinking water, soft drinks, tea, and coffee are provided, while alcoholic beverages can be purchased separately. The crew is attentive to dietary needs, and special requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

Dive Area & Sites
The Rowley Shoals Marine Park offers an exceptional diving experience with its vibrant, untouched coral reefs and abundant marine life. Divers can expect excellent visibility, often exceeding 50 meters, in warm waters ranging from 29-30 degrees Celsius. The area is renowned for its diverse ecosystem, featuring numerous white-tipped and grey reef sharks, occasional leopard sharks and hammerheads, schooling trevally, massive bumphead parrotfish, and a variety of colorful tropical fish including potato cod and clownfish. Encounters with turtles, manta rays, and even whales and dolphins are common. Diving is primarily drift diving, allowing divers to effortlessly glide along spectacular coral walls and through swim-throughs at depths between 5 and 40 meters. While Nitrox is not available, the rich marine environment ensures every dive is captivating. Dive operations are managed from the 12-meter tender 'Homer', which efficiently transports divers to the best sites. Dive times are generally limited to 50 minutes or 50 bar, with divers deploying SMBs for retrieval. The crew, including experienced dive masters, focuses on safety and guiding groups, though individual pointing out of marine life may vary. The isolated nature of the Rowley Shoals means pristine conditions and a truly unique underwater adventure.

Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend all guests to purchase comprehensive dive accident insurance and trip cancellation insurance before departure. Dive accident insurance covers medical treatment, hyperbaric chamber costs, and emergency evacuation in the event of a diving incident. Trip cancellation insurance protects your financial investment, not only if you need to cancel or cut short your trip due to personal illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, but also if the trip is postponed or cancelled by the operator due to severe weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In the unlikely event of operator insolvency, cancellation insurance can also help recover your payments. Please ensure your policies are valid for the entire duration of your trip and cover the planned activities.
Medical Form Required
A valid dive medical certificate or an accepted medical form is required for all guests on this vessel. You can submit a doctor's certificate confirming your fitness to dive, or complete and sign the medical form yourself if the form and operator permit self-declaration. If your answers or the operator's rules require medical clearance, a doctor's approval is mandatory; signing at your own risk does not replace it. Permission to dive remains subject to the operator's requirements. Download the form, complete it for each guest and upload the signed document in your booking area.

Deluxe double cabins
Convertible Double or Twin • 16 m²
Six comfortable Deluxe cabins are available, each offering a choice of either a queen bed or twin beds. These private accommodations are well-appointed with 240V power outlets, personalized air-conditioning, ample storage, and a convenient bar fridge. Additionally, the Deluxe Queen cabins feature built-in desks, a vanity, and hairdryers. Guests will find four spacious toilet and shower facilities conveniently situated near all cabins. Please indicate your preferred bedding arrangement when booking, as all bed choices are subject to availability.
Classic twin cabin
Twin • 10 m²
Discover the Classic twin cabins, perfect for friends or those traveling solo. These four private and well-appointed cabins each offer two comfortable single beds and are equipped with 240V power. Guests will appreciate the individual air-conditioning, ample storage units, and a convenient bar fridge. While the cabins themselves are private, four spacious and easily accessible toilet and shower facilities are situated nearby for shared use.
Booking & Travel FAQ
How does the booking process work?
Select a cabin and departure on Odyssey Liveaboard, and we send a real-time inquiry to the operator. After availability is confirmed, you receive a booking confirmation by email and secure your spot with a deposit.
When do I need to pay?
A deposit (usually 25-35%) is due upon confirmation. The remaining balance is typically due 4-8 weeks before departure, depending on the operator.
What documents will I receive?
After your final payment, you'll receive a travel voucher with meeting point, embarkation time, airport transfer details, packing tips, and your full itinerary.
How do I get to the boat?
Most liveaboards depart from a designated marina. Many operators offer airport pickup and transfers, details are in your voucher. We recommend arriving one day before departure.
What certifications do I need?
A valid dive certification (e.g. PADI Open Water), dive insurance, and a valid passport. Some destinations require additional permits or visas, we inform you during booking.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation terms vary by operator and are in your confirmation. Generally, the earlier you cancel the higher the refund. Changes depend on availability, contact us as soon as possible.
