The Socorro Islands, a remote archipelago off Mexico's Pacific coast, are a world-renowned destination for spectacular pelagic encounters. Divers frequently come face-to-face with the incredibly friendly giant Pacific manta rays, often experiencing close interactions. The vibrant ecosystem also supports a diverse range of sharks, including hammerheads, as well as playful dolphins, majestic whale sharks, and even humpback whales during their migratory season. The Nautilus Under Sea offers unique itineraries, including 6-day trips to Socorro, with pick-up in San Diego and departure from Ensenada between July and November. The dive deck is well-equipped with ample space for kitting up, gear storage, and dedicated camera stations, ensuring a seamless dive experience. Dives are conducted from tenders, allowing access to the best sites, and Nitrox is available to maximize bottom time.
