Arrive at Port Ghalib and board the vessel in the afternoon. After settling into your cabin, you'll receive a welcome briefing from the crew and guides. This is a great time to set up your dive gear and get acquainted with the boat, which will depart in the evening or early the next morning.

Elphinstone Reef, Southern Red Sea
The trip begins with thrilling dives at Elphinstone Reef, a legendary cigar-shaped reef famous for its sheer walls and strong currents. You'll explore the north and south plateaus, keeping an eye out for oceanic whitetip sharks, and admire the vibrant soft corals covering the east and west walls. After the dives, the boat begins the long overnight sail east to Daedalus Reef.

Daedalus Reef, Southern Red Sea
Wake up at Daedalus, an isolated reef far from the coast, marked by its iconic lighthouse. This is prime territory for pelagic encounters. Morning dives focus on the north point, offering the best chance to see scalloped hammerhead sharks schooling in the blue. The rest of the day is spent exploring the steep walls, covered in huge fan corals and black corals, and a stunning anemone city.

The day starts with another chance for a breathtaking hammerhead encounter at Daedalus. After a final dive exploring more of this massive reef system, the boat begins its northward journey to the legendary Brother Islands. The afternoon is for relaxing on deck, sharing photos, and anticipating the next stage of the adventure.

The Brother Islands, Southern Red Sea
The vessel arrives at the Brother Islands, two small, remote pinnacles rising from the depths. Diving today focuses on both Big Brother and Little Brother. Little Brother is a cone-shaped reef with walls completely covered in a dense forest of soft corals. Big Brother is home to two fantastic wrecks, the Numidia and the Aida, both encrusted with corals and full of marine life. Pelagic encounters with thresher sharks and oceanic whitetips are common.

The Brother Islands, Southern Red Sea
A full day is dedicated to exploring the best of the Brother Islands. Depending on conditions, you may revisit the wrecks or drift along the mesmerizing walls. The currents here attract an incredible density of fish life, including schools of fusiliers and snappers. This area is a highlight for many Red Sea divers due to the high probability of big animal sightings and the sheer beauty of the reefs.

Safaga, Egypt
The final day of diving explores the highlights of the Safaga area. The plan often includes Panorama Reef, a huge formation with impressive walls, plateaus, and opportunities to see anemone cities and passing pelagics. Alternatively, the haunting Salem Express wreck, a passenger ferry that sank in 1991, offers a poignant and moving dive experience. After two dives, the boat will dock in Safaga for the final night on board.
