Pick destination and dates, choose vessel and cabin, submit a request, we confirm availability with the operator, you pay a deposit, then the balance 60–90 days before departure.
Booking a liveaboard is a request-and-confirm process rather than an instant checkout, because cabin availability lives with the operator and changes constantly.
Step one is choosing destination and dates, ideally starting from the marine life you want to see and the season that delivers it. Step two is picking the vessel and cabin category — deck level, bed configuration and whether you want a private cabin or are happy to share. Step three is submitting the booking request with your guest details, certification level and any dietary or medical notes.
We then confirm the cabin with the operator, usually within 24 hours, and come back with a written confirmation showing the total price, what is included, what is payable on board, and the payment schedule. A deposit of typically 20 to 30 percent secures the cabin, and the balance falls due 60 to 90 days before departure depending on the operator.
After confirmation you receive the boarding details, the operator's medical and liability forms, packing guidance and transfer arrangements. We stay involved between booking and departure — schedule changes, itinerary swaps and pre-trip questions all come through us rather than leaving you to chase an operator in another time zone.
