Modern shipboard luxury paired with professional naturalist and diving guidance in the Red Sea.
Iceberg is a boutique liveaboard cruising the Egypt region. It hosts up to 8 divers on board.
The Iceberg, a 22.85m vessel, provides focused dive expeditions for 8 guests exploring Egypt's Red Sea. Dining aboard the Iceberg is a full-board experience featuring fine Western and local cuisines served buffet-style, with options for al fresco dining. The culinary team caters to special dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, religious requirements, and food allergies. Snacks, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and filtered water are complimentary throughout the day, while beer and wine are available for purchase.
The Red Sea is widely regarded as one of the world's top diving destinations, famous for its exceptional visibility often exceeding 30 meters and warm waters throughout the year. Divers encounter a remarkable variety of marine life, from oceanic whitetip sharks, hammerheads, and grey reef sharks to graceful manta rays and pods of spinner dolphins. The region offers world-class wreck diving, including the legendary SS Thistlegorm, and pristine coral reefs at Ras Mohammed National Park. Southern itineraries explore remote offshore reefs such as Daedalus, Elphinstone, and the Brothers Islands, where dramatic walls plunge into the deep blue and large pelagics patrol the currents. Vibrant coral gardens host dense schools of anthias, butterflyfish, and giant moray eels, while macro enthusiasts find nudibranchs and ghost pipefish hiding among the reef.

We strongly recommend all guests to purchase comprehensive dive accident insurance and trip cancellation insurance before departure. Dive accident insurance covers medical treatment, hyperbaric chamber costs, and emergency evacuation in the event of a diving incident. Trip cancellation insurance protects your financial investment — not only if you need to cancel or cut short your trip due to personal illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, but also if the trip is postponed or cancelled by the operator due to severe weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In the unlikely event of operator insolvency, cancellation insurance can also help recover your payments. Please ensure your policies are valid for the entire duration of your trip and cover the planned activities.
A valid dive medical certificate is required for all guests on this vessel. The medical form must be signed by a licensed physician and confirm fitness for diving. Please upload your medical certificate when managing your booking.
Equipment is available for rent on board. Snorkel sets (mask, fins, snorkel) are 5 EUR daily. Underwater services include a Personal Dive Master for 55 EUR daily or a Snorkeling Guide for 35 EUR daily. Please provide your rental needs on the booking form; payments are made on board.
