Cancellation Fees
Processing Fee
Once the deposit has been paid, a non-refundable processing fee of €250 per person applies to all cancellations, regardless of timing. This fee covers the administrative costs incurred for booking management, payment processing and international bank transfer charges on your behalf.
Payment Terms
- 25% deposit due within 7 days of booking confirmation
- Remaining 75% due 60 days before departure
- Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment within 3 days
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
