Embark on an unforgettable journey through the untouched waters of Raja Ampat Marine Park, where pristine reefs, hidden lagoons, and remote dive sites await. The Wellenreng takes you far from the crowds, exploring secluded locations that few other liveaboards reach. From the dramatic pinnacles of Misool to the mangrove-lined reefs of the north, every dive is an immersion into nature's most breathtaking underwater landscapes. This expedition is designed to provide an intimate and private diving experience for a maximum of six divers.
Upon arrival in Sorong, guests will be met at the airport or hotel and transferred to the harbor. After settling into cabins and a dive gear setup, a welcome briefing will be held. The rest of the day is dedicated to relaxation, familiarization with the boat, and crew, with no diving planned for today.
Today's dives focus on the vibrant Daram island group, renowned for its diverse reefs. Expect to explore sites characterized by soft corals, dense fish life, fusiliers, Napoleon wrasse, and blacktip reef sharks. This region often features impressive walls and reef slopes teeming with activity.

A full day is dedicated to Misool's signature reefs around Boo Windows to Yellit and Magic Mountain. These sites are known for manta cleaning stations, coral gardens, and an abundance of turtles and reef sharks. The area often features strong currents, making for exciting drift dives with excellent visibility.

Guests explore the Fiabacet chain, a series of pinnacles interconnected by shallow ridges. These sites are frequently active with schooling fish, trevallies, surgeonfish, and swarms of anthias blanketing the slopes. The white sand sections attract wobbegongs, and the deeper areas are home to dense gorgonian forests, providing a diverse underwater landscape.

Exploration continues in Southern Misool, diving the colorful ridges and seamounts of the Wayil area. Guests encounter extensive soft corals, healthy fans, and intricate pygmy seahorses. The topography often features dramatic drop-offs and sheltered coves, providing a vibrant habitat for diverse marine life.

Piaynemo offers some of Raja Ampat's signature reefs, featuring large hard coral formations and high fish density. In the afternoon, there is an option to hike to the famous viewpoint for panoramic vistas of the mushroom-shaped lagoons. The diving here often includes exciting drift dives along healthy walls and through vibrant coral gardens.

Guests dive one of the richest zones in Raja Ampat, the Yanggeffo area. Reefs like Mayhem and Citrus Ridge deliver big schools of barracudas, fusiliers, trevallies, and bumphead parrotfish. Mangrove-fringed bays offer a beautiful setting during surface intervals, and the area is known for strong currents that bring in abundant marine life.

The final diving day takes place in the iconic area near Kri Island, the Dampier Strait. Guests expect large schools of jacks, snappers, barracudas, and frequent grey reef shark sightings. After diving, the vessel cruises back to Sorong for a relaxed final evening onboard.

After breakfast, it's time to say goodbye. Guests will be transferred to the airport or your hotel according to their travel arrangements. Divers are recommended to wait for 24 hours before flying after the last dive.
