This 11-day expedition through the Forgotten Islands sails from Maumere to Saumlaki, exploring one of Indonesia's least-visited and remote island groups. After a relaxed embarkation, the journey moves north through a rarely traveled region known for its sense of exploration and isolation. Diving takes place around Kawula, Alor, Wetar, Nyata, Kital, Nusleur, Terbang, and Teun Islands, with a focus on diverse reef structures, healthy coral growth, and abundant marine life. Guests are welcomed at the airport or your hotel and transferred to the harbor in Maumere. After settling into cabins and receiving a welcome and safety briefing, guests can relax and get familiar with the boat and crew. No diving activities are scheduled for today.
The first day of diving explores the northern cape of Kawula Island, featuring reef slopes and walls that drop into clear, open water. This area boasts healthy coral formations and vibrant fish populations, offering a strong start to the trip. The reefs are typically rich in biodiversity, providing excellent photographic opportunities.

The remote and seldom-visited Wetar Island region is far removed from regular dive routes, offering a sense of untouched wilderness.
