This 11-day expedition sails from Ternate to Bitung, combining the diverse reefs of Halmahera with the macro-rich waters of Lembeh Strait, with up to 32 dives planned. After embarkation and a check dive around Ternate, the journey moves through a chain of remote islands rarely visited by liveaboards. Diving around Tidore, Saleh, Kusu, Proco, Bacan, Kasiruta, Goraichi, and Tifore delivers a wide range of underwater landscapes, from coral gardens and ridges to pinnacles and seamounts. Expect clear water, healthy reefs, strong fish action, schooling pelagics, and relaxed exploration, with highlights including a beach BBQ in a quiet bay. The final days are spent in Lembeh Strait, world-famous for its muck diving and exceptional macro life. Black-sand slopes, rare critters, and photography-focused dives provide a perfect contrast before the trip concludes in Bitung.
Ternate
Guests arrive in Ternate, are transferred to the harbour and welcomed on board. Briefings, gear setup and a short cruise to the first dive site fill the afternoon.

Hiri Island
A gentle check dive at Hol Sulamadaha is followed by the slopes around Hiri Island, where volcanic terrain hosts schooling fusiliers, batfish and macro critters in equal measure.

Tidore
Tidore's black-sand slopes are a renowned muck-diving area. Rhinopias, mimic octopus, ghost pipefish and frogfish dominate, with a reef dive on the western coast adding colour.

Guraici Islands
South of Halmahera, the Guraici chain offers pristine reefs with strong soft-coral cover. Dives explore current-swept ridges and a sheltered bay ideal for a night dive.

Widi Islands
The remote Widi atolls deliver untouched lagoon walls and big-fish encounters. Schools of snappers, sweetlips and grey reef sharks are commonly observed along the drop-offs.

North Halmahera
While the vessel cruises north, two relaxed dives are scheduled at lesser-known reefs along the northern Halmahera coast, often delivering surprise pelagic encounters in the open water.

Bangka
Off Bangka Island the diving switches to vibrant soft-coral pinnacles. Sahaung and Batu Mandi are decorated with red, orange and purple soft corals and visited by schooling fish and reef sharks.

Bunaken
The vertical walls of Bunaken plunge into the deep, hosting turtles, reef sharks and tightly packed reef fish along Lekuan and Mandolin, with Sachiko's offering one of the area's richest wall dives.

Lembeh Strait
Lembeh is the world's premier muck-diving destination. Sites such as Hairball, Nudi Falls and TK1 reveal hairy frogfish, mimic and wonderpus octopus, blue-ringed octopus, ghost pipefish and an endless macro parade.

Final critter dives at Aer Bajo, Aw Shucks and Jahir maximise the chance of rare cephalopods, frogfish, seahorses and rhinopias before clearing the dive deck.

Bitung
After breakfast, guests disembark in Bitung and are transferred to Manado airport (approx. 1.5 hours). Respect the 24-hour no-fly window after the last dive.
