Day-by-day plan

  1. Day 1: Embarkation – Port Ghalib

    Upon arrival at the airport, guests will be transferred to the marina for embarkation, cabin setup, and a welcome briefing. The evening allows for settling in and preparing for the week ahead, with the first dive scheduled for the following day.

  2. Day 2: Daedalus Reef – Pelagic Encounters

    After a morning check-dive, the vessel begins its journey towards Daedalus Reef. This iconic offshore reef is known for strong currents and features impressive walls that drop deep into the blue. It's a prime location for encountering large pelagic species attracted by the rich currents, offering thrilling drift dives.

  3. Day 3: Daedalus Reef – Coral Gardens & Sharks

    Spend the day diving the diverse sites of Daedalus Reef, where up to four dives are planned. The reef is celebrated for its pristine hard and soft coral gardens, making it a vibrant ecosystem. It's often frequented by hammerhead sharks, especially in the early mornings, and offers opportunities for incredible macro life amidst the colorful corals.

  4. Day 4: Rocky & Zabargad – Remote Island Diving

    Today's dives explore the remote islands of Rocky and Zabargad. These less-visited sites offer incredible visibility and unique underwater topography, often featuring deep walls and vibrant reef systems. The area is known for its pristine environment and provides excellent opportunities for observing diverse reef fish and occasional larger marine life.

  5. Day 5: St. Johns – Caves & Reef Systems

    The morning brings exploration of the St. Johns area, a renowned dive region in the southern Red Sea. This area is famous for its intricate reef systems, including impressive caverns and swim-throughs. The sites here often feature abundant soft corals, creating colorful underwater landscapes and attracting a wide array of reef fish.

  6. Day 6: St. Johns & Sataya – Dolphin Reef

    Today focuses on the northern parts of St. ' This area is a large, horseshoe-shaped reef known for its resident spinner dolphin pods, offering unique opportunities for snorkeling or diving alongside them. The dives here also feature vibrant coral gardens and a healthy reef ecosystem.

  7. Day 7: Elphinstone Reef – Legendary Walls

    The final full diving day takes guests to the legendary Elphinstone Reef, a world-class dive site celebrated for its dramatic walls and potential for pelagic encounters. The reef boasts incredibly healthy corals and is a known hotspot for oceanic whitetip sharks, especially during certain seasons. The early morning provides opportunities for two final dives before returning to Port Ghalib.

  8. Day 8: Disembarkation – Port Ghalib

    After breakfast, guests will check out from the liveaboard. Transfers will be arranged according to individual flight schedules, concluding the trip in Port Ghalib.
