Os recifes remotos da Ilha Doini, na Baía de Milne, estão entre os mais intocados da PNG, com tubarões-andantes (Hemiscyllium) avistados em planícies recifais rasas durante mergulhos noturnos. Tubarões-martelo aparecem ocasionalmente ao amanhecer ao longo das encostas exteriores, enquanto os vibrantes jardins de corais abrigam uma diversidade excecional de peixes de recife.
