Day-by-day plan

  1. Day 1: Embarkation – Hurghada, Marriott Marina

    Upon arrival in Hurghada, guests will transfer to the Marriott Marina to board the Vita Xplorer. After settling into cabins and a welcome briefing, divers can prepare for the week of incredible diving ahead.

  2. Day 2: Northern Red Sea – Syiul Kebira

    The vessel departs from Hurghada for a 6-day cruise, with the option for up to 4 dives per day. Today's diving focuses on sites like Syiul Kebira, known for its superb reef structure and vibrant marine ecosystems. Divers can expect to explore colorful corals and a diverse array of reef fish.

  3. Day 3: Northern Red Sea – Abu Nuhas Wrecks

    Today is dedicated to exploring the famous "Ship's Graveyard" of Abu Nuhas Reef, a site rich in maritime history. Divers will explore several well-preserved wrecks, each with its own story and unique marine inhabitants. The area often features excellent visibility, allowing for clear views of these sunken relics and the life they support.

  4. Day 4: Northern Red Sea – Bluff Point & Shag Rock

    The journey continues to Bluff Point, home to the impressive Rosalie Moller wreck, a cargo vessel resting on the seabed. Nearby, Shag Rock offers another compelling dive, featuring the SS Thistlegorm, one of the most famous dive sites in the Red Sea. This area is celebrated for its diverse underwater terrain and the historical significance of its wrecks, which now serve as artificial reefs.

  5. Day 5: Ras Mohammed National Park – Small Crack

    Today's dives focus on Ras Mohammed National Park, a marine reserve established to protect its exceptional fauna and flora. The park is often characterized by dramatic drop-offs, strong currents, and a high concentration of pelagic species.

Divers often experience exhilarating drift dives along walls adorned with soft corals, attracting various shark species and large schooling fish.

  7. Day 7: Disembarkation – Hurghada, Marriott

    After breakfast, guests will disembark the vessel. Transfers will be arranged to Hurghada Airport or local hotels, concluding the dive adventure. For those with later flights, there might be an opportunity to explore Hurghada or enjoy some free time before departure.

  8. Day 8: Disembarkation – Hurghada (Marriott), Egypt

    After breakfast, guests prepare to leave the vessel in Hurghada (Marriott), Egypt with disembarkation by 10am. The crew assists with departure arrangements and onward airport transfers where applicable.
