Embark on an unforgettable journey to Raja Ampat, the epicenter of marine biodiversity and the heart of the Coral Triangle. This itinerary explores the region's most celebrated dive sites, offering everything from thrilling drift dives with massive schools of fish to serene encounters with majestic manta rays. Prepare to witness an incredible concentration of marine life, from tiny pygmy seahorses to powerful sharks, in the world's richest underwater ecosystem.

Day-by-day plan

  1. Day 1: Embarkation in Sorong

    Arrive in Sorong and receive a complimentary transfer from the airport or your hotel to the vessel. After checking in and settling into your cabin, you'll attend a welcome briefing and prepare for an afternoon check-dive.

  2. Day 2: Dampier Strait: Mantas & Record-Breaking Reefs

    The exploration begins in the Dampier Strait, an area known for strong currents and massive schools of fish. Divers visit cleaning stations for reef mantas and dive a site holding a world record for fish species diversity.

    Dive sites: Manta Sandy, Cape Kri, Blue Magic

  3. Day 3: Dampier Strait: Pelagics and Wobbegongs

    The adventure in Dampier Strait continues with more thrilling drift dives. Keep an eye out for patrolling reef sharks, massive schools of fusiliers, and the elusive wobbegong shark camouflaged on the reef.

    Dive sites: Sardine Reef, Mike's Point

  4. Day 4: Yangeffo & Penemu: Coral Gardens and Strong Currents

    The vessel travels to the islands of Yangeffo and Penemu for dives in hard coral gardens inhabited by damselfish and wobbegongs. The itinerary also includes a dive on a current-swept ridge that attracts large pelagics like tuna and eagle rays.

  5. Day 5: Batanta & Alyui Bay: Muck Diving and Macro Wonders

    The focus shifts to the muck diving sites of Batanta Island, with opportunities to find critters such as the mimic octopus, ghost pipefish, and solar-powered nudibranchs. The day concludes with a night dive in Alyui Bay, a location known for frogfish, seahorses, and octopus.

    Dive sites: Algae Patch I/II, Happy Ending, Alyui Bay

  6. Day 6: Final Dives & Return to Sorong

    Enjoy two final morning dives at some of the area's most spectacular sites before the Seaisee begins its journey back to the port of Sorong.

  7. Day 7: Disembarkation in Sorong

    After enjoying a final breakfast onboard with your fellow divers, you will check out before noon. A complimentary transfer will take you to the Sorong airport or your local hotel for your onward journey.
