Day-by-day plan

  1. Day 1: Embarkation – Tulehu Harbour, Ambon

    Guests will meet at Tulehu Harbour for embarkation in the morning, followed by a welcome briefing and allocation to cabins. After settling in, there will be an opportunity for a check dive. The vessel will then cross to Nusa Laut, marking the beginning of the adventure.

  2. Day 2: Nusa Laut – Reef Diving

    Today focuses on diving in the Nusa Laut area, known for its vibrant reefs and clear waters. Divers can expect to explore diverse underwater topography and encounter a variety of marine life. Afterward, the boat will make an overnight crossing to Suanggi.

  3. Day 3: Suanggi – Submerged Volcano Exploration

    Diving around Suanggi, an area featuring interesting volcanic underwater landscapes. This region often presents unique geological formations and a rich array of reef fish. Divers will explore the vibrant ecosystems thriving on these submerged structures.

  4. Day 4: Banda Sea – Pelagic Crossroads

    Today's dives are within the expansive Banda Sea, a region renowned for its deep drop-offs and potential for pelagic encounters. The waters here are often clear and teeming with life, offering a chance to see larger marine species and vast schools of fish. The area is known for its nutrient-rich currents that attract diverse fauna.

  5. Day 5: Banda Sea – Mandarin Fish Sunset Dive

    Continue diving in the Banda Sea, culminating in a special mandarin fish sunset dive. This unique experience allows divers to witness the vibrant courtship ritual of mandarin fish as dusk settles. The area is characterized by healthy coral gardens and diverse macro life.

  6. Day 6: Banda – Pulau Koon Crossing

    Diving continues in the Banda Sea before an overnight crossing to Pulau Koon. This region offers a mix of vibrant reef structures and potential for drift dives. The journey to Pulau Koon allows for exploration of remote and pristine dive sites.

  7. Day 7: Pulau Koon & Mandorang – Raja Ampat Transition

    Today features dives around Pulau Koon and Mandorang, areas known for their rich marine biodiversity and dynamic currents. These sites mark the transition towards the Raja Ampat region, offering foretastes of its famous vibrant reefs. An overnight crossing to Misool will follow.

  8. Day 8: Misool – Southern Raja Ampat Reefs

    Spend the day diving in the Misool area, a jewel of Southern Raja Ampat renowned for its stunning limestone karst formations and exceptionally vibrant coral reefs. Dive sites like Shadow Reef, Boo-windows, Nudi Rock, Pal Rock, and No Contest showcase diverse marine ecosystems. This region is famous for its astonishing biodiversity, captivating macro life, and impressive schools of fish.

  9. Day 9: North Misool – Diverse Dive Sites

    Further exploration of the Misool region, focusing on its northern dive sites. This area continues to offer an incredible array of marine life and unique underwater landscapes, including pinnacles, walls, and coral gardens. Divers can expect diverse ecosystems and pristine conditions.

  10. Day 10: Dampier Strait – Biodiversity Hotspot

    Diving in the famous Dampier Strait, a renowned biodiversity hotspot within Raja Ampat. This area is known for its strong currents, which bring nutrient-rich waters, attracting large schools of fish and various pelagic species. A sunset beach visit to Mioskon is also planned, offering a beautiful topside experience.

  11. Day 11: Disembarkation – Waisai, Sorong

    Guests will depart Jaya after breakfast. A 9 AM ferry will transfer guests from Waisai to Sorong, concluding the expedition. This marks the end of an unforgettable diving journey through some of Indonesia's most pristine waters.
