Embark on an unforgettable liveaboard adventure in the Maldives, designed for learning and discovery. Board the liveaboard in Malé, settle into your cabin, and attend a welcome briefing. Gear fitting and an introductory session on dive basics are scheduled. There are no dives planned for today, allowing for relaxation and an evening welcome dinner.
The day begins with confined water skill sessions in a sheltered lagoon or shallow reef, ideal for practicing fundamental techniques. In the afternoon, divers undertake their first and second open water dives, reaching a maximum depth of 12 meters. An evening theory review will consolidate learning from the day's activities.
Today focuses on Open Water Dives 3 and 4, which are crucial for final training and certification. Students will complete their logbooks and knowledge reviews, consolidating their newly acquired skills. An optional fun dive may be available for already certified divers, followed by an evening BBQ dinner and sunset cruise to celebrate achievements.
Certified divers will enjoy a full day of three dives, exploring vibrant reefs and diverse marine life. Opportunities for advanced students include continuing education in Deep, Navigation, or Night diving specialties. This day is dedicated to expanding diving horizons and encountering a wider array of the Maldivian underwater environment.
The day includes two morning dives focused on exploring new dive sites, with potential visits to manta or shark points if conditions are favorable. An optional Nitrox Course is available for those wishing to expand their diving skills. The evening brings a return toward the disembarkation island for a farewell dinner, reflecting on the week's adventures.
Today marks the departure day. After checking out from the liveaboard, guests will be transferred to the airport for their onward journey. The last dive was on the penultimate day; divers are recommended to wait 24 hours before flying after their final dive.
