The itinerary is carefully designed based on years of experience, ensuring optimal conditions for each diving area. Emphasizing encounters with vibrant marine life and diverse underwater landscapes, this 9-night journey includes both diving and opportunities for relaxation and island exploration. Day-by-day plan

  1. Day 1: Embarkation – Male

    Upon arrival at Male Airport, guests will complete customs formalities and be met by a representative of the Blue Force team. A transfer by dhoni will take them to the Maldives Blue Force 3, where they will check into their cabins. A general presentation of the team, the boat, and the cruise will be given, followed by dinner on board.

  2. Day 2: Central Atolls – Diving Exploration

    This day marks the beginning of the diving cruise, covering the atolls of North Male, South Male, Felidhoo, and Ari. Certified divers will participate in a daily diving program, enjoying multiple dives across these renowned Maldivian atolls. The region is characterized by drift diving in passages and channels, submerged coral mountains (thilas), and cleaning stations where manta rays congregate. Opportunities for snorkeling with whale sharks are also a highlight.

  3. Day 3: Central Atolls – Underwater Discoveries

    Continuing the exploration of the Central Atolls, today's dives will further immerse guests in the vibrant underwater world of North Male, South Male, Felidhoo, and Ari. Divers will experience dynamic drift dives in channels and explore thilas, known for their rich coral formations and diverse fish life. The area is also celebrated for its pelagic encounters, offering chances to spot various shark species and large schools of fish. Night dives may also be on the itinerary, revealing a different side of the reef's nocturnal inhabitants.

  4. Day 4: Central Atolls – Marine Life Encounters

    Today's diving focuses on maximizing marine life encounters within the North Male, South Male, Felidhoo, and Ari Atolls. The region is known for its cleaning stations frequented by manta rays and opportunities to spot whale sharks, particularly during snorkeling excursions. Divers can anticipate exhilarating drift dives through channels, encountering pelagic sharks such as grey sharks, white tips, and occasional hammerheads. The diverse reef ecosystem also supports a multitude of colorful fish, moray eels, and turtles.

  5. Day 5: Central Atolls – Reef and Wreck Dives

    Exploring a variety of dive sites across the Central Atolls, this day may include dives on vibrant reefs and intriguing wrecks. The waters of North Male, South Male, Felidhoo, and Ari are home to thilas, which are submerged coral mountains teeming with life, and passages that offer thrilling drift dives. In addition to natural formations, the itinerary may feature a dive on a wreck that has become a thriving artificial reef, providing a habitat for countless marine species. The dives aim to showcase both the biodiversity and the unique underwater topography of the Maldives.

  6. Day 6: Central Atolls – Pelagic Pursuits

    Today's dives are dedicated to seeking out the larger pelagic species that frequent the Central Atolls, encompassing North Male, South Male, Felidhoo, and Ari. The area is well-known for its pelagic sharks, including grey sharks, white tips, black tips, and occasional hammerheads, which are often sighted during drift dives in channels. Squadrons of eagle rays and playful dolphins are also commonly encountered. The vibrant reef systems provide a backdrop for these exciting encounters, with a rich diversity of fish life.

  7. Day 7: Central Atolls – Pristine Reefs

    Continuing the journey through the Central Atolls, divers will explore more of the pristine reefs in North Male, South Male, Felidhoo, and Ari. These dives offer opportunities to appreciate the intricate coral ecosystems, teeming with a multitude of colorful fish, moray eels, and various groupers. Drift dives through channels are a common feature, providing exciting movements along vibrant walls and thilas. The area is also known for its turtle populations, with both green and hawksbill turtles frequently sighted.

  8. Day 8: Central Atolls – Final Dives & Relaxation

    On this penultimate day of diving in the Central Atolls, guests will enjoy their final underwater explorations in North Male, South Male, Felidhoo, and Ari. The dives will consolidate the diverse experiences of the trip, from pelagic encounters to vibrant reefscapes and possibly another night dive. After the diving activities, guests can relax on board, perhaps enjoying the boat's solarium. The last dive will be conducted today, allowing for the recommended 24-hour surface interval before flying.

  9. Day 9: Hulhumale – Return and City Tour

    The vessel will return to Hulhumale on Friday afternoon. For those interested, there is a possibility of taking a guided tour of the city of Male to explore local culture and sights. This day offers a chance to experience a different aspect of the Maldives before the final disembarkation.

  10. Day 10: Disembarkation – Male

    Disembarkation at Male Airport will be at 07:00 hrs. For guests with afternoon return flights, there is an option to stay in a hotel near the airport or enjoy some free time to visit Male until their departure. This marks the end of the liveaboard adventure.
