CAR TRANSFER TO/FROM THE AIRPORT/HOTEL A driver meets guests at the airport with a sign displaying the guest's name and the Calico Jack logo. For guests arriving the night before and staying in a hotel, a pick-up is arranged from the hotel reception between 9:00 and 10:00 AM on the morning of the cruise departure. FULL CREW WITH PLANNED ITINERARY Sample itineraries are available on the website, outlining highlights for cruises to Raja Ampat, Komodo, Cenderawasih Bay, Triton Bay, or the Banda Sea. Each cruise is unique. Navigation and dive sites may vary due to weather conditions and visibility. FULL BOARD ACCOMMODATION Maximum boat capacity: Calico Jack – 10 guests in 5 live-aboard cabins. Anne Bonny – 9 adult guests or 6 adults with 4 children sharing in 3 cabins. Each cabin is fitted with a private en-suite bathroom, hot shower, air conditioning, and an individual fan. Both vessels have communal areas, including an outdoor dining area, a diving area, and a sundeck terrace with day beds/sofas. 3 MEALS/DAY, SNACKS AND SOFT DRINKS All meals are prepared and cooked on board daily by the chef, featuring a mix of Asian fusion and International cuisines. Specific dietary requirements are accommodated with prior consultation. 3 or 4 DIVES/DAY + ALTERNATING ADDITIONAL NIGHT DIVES The schedule includes 3 dives per day with 2.5-hour surface intervals. The first dive is at 7:00 AM, followed by dives at 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM. An alternating night dive is scheduled for 7:00 PM, dependent on the area and weather conditions. DIVE GUIDES With 10 guests diving, they are separated into 2 groups based on diving experience and preferences. Each group follows one dive guide, resulting in two dive guides for a maximum of 5 people per group. Each group has its own boat. A dive instructor accompanies the groups on every dive for safety and emergency assistance. FISHING EQUIPMENT WHERE ALLOWED Due to Indonesian Government conservation efforts for the Coral Triangle's fauna, fishing is prohibited within Raja Ampat National Park and some areas of Triton and Cenderawasih Bay. SNORKELING EQUIPMENT Masks, snorkels, and fins by Aqualung and Mares are included in the liveaboard cruise cost. KAYAKS Two double-person kayaks are available for guest use. Kayaking provides an option to explore lagoons between dives. SUP-PADDLE BOARDS SUP-Boards are available for guest use at any time for exploring lagoons. STANDARD MEDICAL SUPPLIES The liveaboard is equipped with basic First Aid medical supplies for minor emergencies, such as ear infections, colds, pains, or burns, and to provide support while awaiting evacuation for more serious issues. EMERGENCY BREATHING OXYGEN The Calico Jack Liveaboard has 2 bottles of Medical Oxygen. Each crew member is trained in Emergency Oxygen Administration.

• Pulau Koon is a small island southeast of Ceram, halfway between Raja Ampat and the Banda Islands. The most exciting feature of this island is the number of schooling fish and pelagic, barracudas, bigeye trevallies, aggregations of red snappers, pompanos, bat fish, and giant groupers. • Three great dives in this area before setting sail towards Banda Islands.
• Karang Hatta is a reef located Southeast of Pulau Hatta. The dive sites in this region are closest to the 6,000-meter-deep Banda trench, making it an intriguing area where the chances of encountering pig pelagic species are quite high. • Schooling trevallies, barracudas, tuna, turtles, as well as hammerhead and grey reef sharks, can be spotted close to this underwater mount. You will have two dives in this area, dependent upon the conditions, and then sail to the main island of Pulau Hatta were you will dive in front of the West shore beach where a 5 meter hole in the reef opens up to the sea. • You can dive down through the hole and find yourself looking back to what appears to be a bridge in the reef. The bridge is covered with soft corals, and large gorgonian fans underneath are home to various pigmy seahorses. • Overnight navigation to Pulau Koon.
• At Banda Neira you will have the chance to explore the remaining remnants of the former lucrative spice trade as well as take in the historic and cultural legacies of the islands. • You will spend the morning walking through the town and be given the chance to observe the Dutch colonial architecture which remains to this day, as well as Fort Belgica with its incredible views overlooking the bay around the island. • Before lunch, you will dive at Batu Kapal, which when translated means ‘boat rock’. A submerged pinnacle, the site has a rock breaking the surface of the water in the shape of a boat, hence the name. • Your second dive will be at Pohon Miring. At this site, a large crack in the reef creates a deep swim-through which you can drift through and view the sponge covered wall on the other side. • Late in the afternoon, you will have a sunset dive at Banda’s jetty. In the shallows and amongst the stones from collapsed sea walls and jetties, mandarin fish congregate. This particular spot is one of the best in the world to spot mandarin fish.
• The first dive is at a site on the island of Ai, known as Umbrella Rock, featuring overhangs along the island's walls. Divers drift along the wall, observing reef fish. • The second dive of the day is at Little Manhattan, next to the island of Run. In 1667, the English traded the island of Run for Manhattan, giving the Dutch full control of the Banda archipelago. The site has white sandy slopes, large coral heads, and a healthy reef. • The third dive is an exploratory dive off Pulau Run. This region contains unexplored dive sites.
• Amet Reef, located a few hours from Ambon, is an example of local conservation efforts. The reef features notable corals. White tip and reef sharks, as well as turtles, can be observed. Hammerhead sharks and dugongs have also been sighted at this location. • After lunch, time is spent at a secluded beach location. • In the afternoon, the vessel navigates towards Ambon.
After breakfast, guests are transferred to their hotel or the airport for disembarkation.
