Embark on an unforgettable liveaboard adventure through Egypt's renowned "Brothers - Daedalus - Elphinstone" route. This journey typically begins in Hurghada and concludes in Port Ghalib, offering access to some of the Red Sea's most legendary dive sites. Expect encounters with large pelagics, including sharks and mantas, amidst vibrant coral gardens and dramatic underwater topography. This region is celebrated for its challenging drift dives and the chance to witness an abundance of marine life in pristine environments.
Arrive in Hurghada and check in to the vessel from 4:00 PM. After settling in, you will receive a welcome and safety briefing from the crew, followed by dinner onboard.
Today's dives will take you to the sites of Ras Disha, the Salem Express Wreck, and Middle Reef. These locations offer diverse underwater landscapes and marine life, providing an excellent start to your Red Sea diving experience. Ras Disha offers vibrant coral gardens sloping gently, often attracting schooling reef fish and occasional pelagics. The Salem Express Wreck, a large cargo ferry, is a poignant artificial reef draped in soft corals, providing shelter for numerous fish species, while Middle Reef boasts a healthy array of hard and soft corals and is known for its diverse macro life and schooling fusiliers.

Dive the famous Brother Islands, starting with Big Brother South. Big Brother is a 400-meter-long island featuring spectacular walls and a shipwreck, the Numidia, situated between 10 and 80 meters deep on the northern tip. The Aida wreck is also located on the island's north-western edge. Later, explore Little Brother, known for its exceptionally high quantity of life in a relatively small area, including fan coral forests, overhangs, and hard and soft corals. Frequent sightings of hammerhead, thresher, grey, and white tip reef and oceanic white tip sharks are possible here.

Today is dedicated to exploring Daedalus Reef, an enormous reef surrounded by a vertical wall and strong currents, making it ideal for drift diving. Located about 180 miles south of the Brother Islands, Daedalus boasts hard corals of enormous sizes. Keep an eye out for schooling hammerhead sharks, manta rays, schools of barracudas, and other pelagic visitors.

Continue your exploration of Daedalus Reef, taking advantage of its strong currents for exciting drift dives. The reef's vertical walls and vast coral formations provide a habitat for a wide array of marine life, with opportunities to encounter large pelagics such as hammerhead sharks and manta rays.
Dive sites: Daedalus, Daedalus West
Dive the legendary Elphinstone Reef, considered one of the most spectacular in the Red Sea. Its north and south plateaus are covered with vibrant hard and soft corals, attracting passing pelagic species. The day concludes with a thrilling night dive at Marsa Alam Area.

Enjoy your last dives of the trip at Panorama Reef and the El Mina Wreck. These sites offer a final chance to experience the Red Sea's diverse marine environment before heading back to port. The last dive will be on the penultimate day of the trip at around 10 a.m. Divers are recommended to wait 24 hours before flying after the last dive.

Enjoy breakfast onboard before checking out of the vessel by 10:00 AM in Port Ghalib, concluding your Red Sea liveaboard adventure. Port Ghalib itself does not typically feature dive sites for the disembarkation day. It is a modern marina and resort area, serving as a departure and arrival point for liveaboards exploring the southern Red Sea.
