Northern Red Sea, near Hurghada
The trip begins with one or two check dives at a local reef near Hurghada to fine-tune buoyancy and gear. This is often at a site like Sha'ab El Erg, also known as 'Dolphin House', offering a chance to dive with its resident pod of bottlenose dolphins. Afterwards, the vessel begins its sail north towards the famous wreck sites.

Sha'ab Abu Nuhas, Northern Red Sea
Spend a full day exploring the legendary 'Ship's Graveyard' of Abu Nuhas, a submerged reef that has claimed numerous vessels. Dive on multiple wrecks, such as the iconic Giannis D with its photogenic, glassfish-filled engine room, and the tile-laden Chrisoula K. The day also includes a visit to the historic Carnatic, a 19th-century steamship now beautifully encrusted in coral life.

Strait of Gubal, Northern Red Sea
Dedicate the day to arguably the world's most famous wreck, the SS Thistlegorm. The first dive typically covers the exterior, circumnavigating the ship from its anti-aircraft guns to its massive propeller. Subsequent dives focus on penetrating the cargo holds, revealing a time capsule of WWII military supplies including BSA motorcycles, Bedford trucks, rifles, and rubber boots. A night dive reveals the wreck's nocturnal hunters.

Ras Mohamed National Park, Sinai Peninsula
Sail to the tip of the Sinai Peninsula to dive within Ras Mohamed National Park. The day's highlight is the world-renowned Shark and Yolanda Reef, a stunning drift dive past sheer walls patrolled by pelagics, culminating over a scattered cargo of toilets and bathtubs from the Yolanda wreck. The area is a hotspot for huge schools of fish and vibrant coral gardens, offering a reef-focused contrast to the wrecks.

Strait of Gubal, Northern Red Sea
Explore more sites around the Strait of Gubal as the boat begins its journey south. The plan may include the Ulysses wreck, a smaller but interesting cargo ship, or The Barge at Gubal Island, a fantastic night dive location teeming with macro life. The day could also feature a dive at Bluff Point, known for its beautiful gorgonian fans and frequent turtle sightings.

Northern Red Sea, near Hurghada
Enjoy the final two dives of the trip at one of the vibrant reefs closer to Hurghada. These sites offer a relaxing conclusion to the week, with chances to see diverse reef fish and colourful coral gardens. After the dives, the boat cruises back to the marina, where the crew will help with rinsing gear and you can enjoy a final evening onboard.

Hurghada, Egypt
After a final breakfast onboard, it's time to say goodbye to the crew and fellow divers. Disembarkation takes place in the morning. Airport transfers can be arranged for your departure from Hurghada.
