Day-by-day plan

  1. Day 1: Arrival and Embarkation – Male

    Upon arrival at the airport, guests will be met by the crew and transferred to the ship. A warm welcome and briefing from the Cruise Director will set the stage for the adventure. After cabin assignments and a ship orientation, there will be time to settle in, set up dive equipment, and get acquainted with the vessel before departure.

  2. Day 2: Diving Adventure – North Malé & Baa Atolls

    The expedition continues with exciting dives in the North and Baa Atolls, known for their incredible marine biodiversity. These waters often feature strong currents, leading to dynamic drift dives along vibrant reef walls and expansive pinnacles. Common sightings include various shark species, schooling fish, and healthy coral gardens, offering diverse underwater landscapes for exploration. Manta rays are often sighted here, especially seasonally.

  3. Day 3: Diving Adventure – Raa & Lhaviyani Atolls

    Today's diving explores the Raa and Lhaviyani Atolls, regions celebrated for their diverse underwater topography and abundant marine life. Dive sites often feature channels and thilas (underwater pinnacles) with strong currents, creating ideal conditions for pelagic encounters. The reefs are typically healthy, adorned with soft and hard corals, and provide shelter for numerous reef fish. Night dives may be available, offering a chance to witness nocturnal creatures.

  4. Day 4: Diving Adventure – Hanifaru Bay & Noonu Atoll

    The itinerary includes exploration of Hanifaru Bay in the Baa Atoll, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve famous for its seasonal gatherings of manta rays and whale sharks. While diving is not permitted inside the bay, snorkeling offers incredible encounters. Nearby dive sites in Noonu Atoll, such as Orimas Thila, are known for hosting cleaning stations for gray reef sharks and eagle rays.
