Embark on an adventure to the remote and wild Deep South of the Maldives, a region famed for its exhilarating channel dives and big-animal encounters. This one-way itinerary travels from the southernmost Addu Atoll to the vast Huvadhoo Atoll. The journey includes dives at the unique Fuvahmulah Atoll, a pelagic magnet renowned for its resident tiger sharks, threshers, and hammerheads. In Huvadhoo, you'll experience thrilling drift dives through channels packed with grey reef sharks and eagle rays. Due to strong currents and deep dive profiles, this trip is best suited for advanced divers who are comfortable with drift and channel diving techniques.
Upon arrival at Gan International Airport (GAN), guests will be transferred to the liveaboard. After a welcome briefing from the cruise director, cabin allocation, and safety orientation, divers can set up their equipment and get comfortable on board. The vessel remains in Addu Atoll for the night.
Diving begins in the Addu Atoll, a region known for its historical sites and vibrant marine life. A key dive site here is Addu Manta Point, where manta rays gather at a cleaning station, particularly during incoming currents. Another highlight is the British Loyalty Wreck, a large WWII oil tanker now serving as an artificial reef teeming with marine species like turtles and trevally. The outer reefs also offer beautiful coral life and potential sightings of oceanic manta rays.

The South and North Plateaus of Fuvahmulah also provide challenging blue water dives where various pelagic species, including hammerheads, whale sharks, and other sharks, can be encountered depending on the currents.

Today is dedicated to exploring the renowned channels of Gaafu Alifu Atoll, part of the vast Huvadhoo Atoll. Dive sites like Villingili Kandu are known for spectacular 'shark theatre' experiences, with numerous grey reef sharks congregating at the channel edges. Divers often use reef hooks to observe the action in strong currents. Kondrey Coral Garden offers a contrasting experience with its beautiful hard coral species and sightings of turtles and small fish. These dives are suitable for advanced divers comfortable with currents and deep profiles.

This marks the final day of the trip. Guests will enjoy breakfast onboard before checking out from the yacht. Transfers will be arranged to Kooddoo Airport (GKK) for onward travel.
