Each day brings multiple opportunities to glide along vibrant coral formations, often encountering majestic manta rays and the awe-inspiring whale sharks. The route encompasses iconic dive sites such as Fish Head, Kuda Rah Thila, and Myaru Kandu, where you'll navigate channels, explore thilas, and marvel at steep drop-offs teeming with barracudas, reef sharks, and diverse pelagic species. Dives are strategically planned to maximize your chances of spotting these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, ensuring a dynamic and unforgettable experience with every descent. Prepare for strong currents that characterize many of these locations, adding an exciting dimension to your Maldivian undersea adventure.
Arrival at Velana International Airport (MLE) and transfer to the vessel. After a welcome briefing, a check dive is usually conducted in North Male Atoll.
The journey continues towards Rasdhoo Atoll, where early morning dives offer a chance to spot hammerhead sharks. The day may include further dives around the atoll's beautiful reefs.
Diving in North Ari Atoll, exploring its famous thilas (pinnacles). Dives may include the premier site Maaya Thila, known for grey reef sharks, whitetip sharks, and abundant reef life.
Cruising to South Ari Atoll, the itinerary focuses on searching for megafauna. Dives are planned at manta ray cleaning stations like Donkalo Thila and in areas known for seasonal whale shark sightings.
The vessel travels to Vaavu Atoll, famous for its action-packed channel dives. The day often concludes with a memorable night dive with numerous nurse sharks.
After morning dives in Vaavu, the boat cruises back towards South Male Atoll. Dives here explore Kandus (channels) with the possibility of seeing eagle rays, sharks, and schools of fish.
The last two dives of the trip are conducted around North Male or South Male Atoll. The vessel then returns to its anchorage near Hulhumale to prepare for disembarkation.
After a final breakfast onboard, guests disembark and transfer to Velana International Airport (MLE) for their departure.
