Dive Area & Sites

The Queenesia II explores the renowned dive sites of Komodo National Park and Raja Ampat, offering an unparalleled underwater experience. Key locations include Manta Point, celebrated for its significant population of Manta Rays, Eagle Rays, Clown Triggerfish, and Unicorn fish. Divers can expect excellent visibility, typically ranging from 20 to 30 meters, providing clear views of Manta Rays and White tip sharks. Crystal Rock captivates with its vibrant corals and diverse fish species, such as moray eels, scorpion fish, tuna, and mackerel. For those seeking larger pelagic encounters, Castle Rock is an exceptional spot, frequently visited by barracuda, trevallies, mackerel, and various shark species. Batu Bolong reef is a spectacle of coral formations, teeming with anthias and other reef fish, alongside sharks, Napoleon wrasse, and more manta rays. Macro enthusiasts will delight in discovering nudibranchs within the shallower reef areas, ensuring a rich and varied dive profile for all. Diving from the Queenesia II is enhanced by a low 1-to-4 dive guide-to-guest ratio, ensuring personalized attention and expert navigation of dive sites. The crew handles all gear, allowing guests to relax between dives, and guides are skilled at spotting both large and small marine life, including expertly hidden pygmy seahorses.

Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend all guests to purchase comprehensive dive accident insurance and trip cancellation insurance before departure. Dive accident insurance covers medical treatment, hyperbaric chamber costs, and emergency evacuation in the event of a diving incident. Trip cancellation insurance protects your financial investment — not only if you need to cancel or cut short your trip due to personal illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, but also if the trip is postponed or cancelled by the operator due to severe weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In the unlikely event of operator insolvency, cancellation insurance can also help recover your payments. Please ensure your policies are valid for the entire duration of your trip and cover the planned activities.

A deposit (usually 25-35%) is due upon confirmation. The remaining balance is typically due 4-8 weeks before departure, depending on the operator.
