Day-by-day plan

  1. Day 1: Embarkation – Male, Maldives

    Guests will embark the Nautilus Two in Male, Maldives, in the morning. After settling into cabins, the crew will provide a comprehensive briefing about the liveaboard, safety procedures, and the upcoming dive itinerary. The day is dedicated to preparing for the exciting underwater adventures ahead.

  2. Day 2: North Male Atoll – Check Dives and Night Diving

    The day begins with check dives in North Male Atoll, allowing divers to familiarize themselves with the equipment and conditions. The afternoon transitions to more exciting sites, culminating in a night dive at Maya Tila, known for its nocturnal marine activity. After a full day of diving, the vessel will moor for the night in a tranquil lagoon.

  3. Day 3: Fesdhoo Lagoon – Wrecks and Thilas

    Today's diving focuses around the Fesdhoo Lagoon area, offering a blend of wreck and reef dives. Highlights include the Fesdhoo Wreck, a popular artificial reef, and diverse thilas such as Hafsaa Tila and Fish Head. These sites are typically vibrant with reef fish and may feature pelagic encounters. The evening includes an overnight stay in the Fesdhoo Lagoon.

  4. Day 4: Ari Atoll – Diverse Reef Formations

    Exploration of Ari Atoll continues with dives at Maahlos Tila or Moohfushi Rock, and the vibrant Penaton. These sites are renowned for their varied topography, including dramatic drop-offs and gentle slopes, often providing excellent visibility. The area is known for schooling fish and occasional larger pelagics making an appearance. The day concludes with an overnight sleep at Eboodhoo.

  5. Day 5: South Ari Atoll – Thilas and Wrecks

    Today's itinerary features dives in the southern part of Ari Atoll, including Dega Tila, Radhiga Tila, and the Machafushi Wrack. These sites often present strong currents, making for exciting drift dives along healthy coral formations. The Machafushi Wrack offers additional interest for wreck enthusiasts. Overnight will be spent at Machafushi.

  6. Day 6: Dhigurah Channel – Pelagic Encounters

    Diving today is centered around the famous Dhigurah Channel, an area well-known for its pelagic marine life. This channel offers excellent opportunities for drift dives, with the potential to encounter a variety of sharks and rays. Mamingili and Dhigurah are key sites in this region. The vessel will remain near Dhigurah for the night.

  7. Day 7: Dhigurah Kandu and Alimata – Diverse Underwater Landscapes

    The morning includes two dives at Dhigurah Kandu, known for its rich marine biodiversity and dynamic currents. In the evening, an exhilarating night dive is planned at Alimata, a site famous for its nocturnal shark activity and unique underwater environment. The night will be spent at Alimata after the dive.

  8. Day 8: Felidhoo Atoll – Golden Wall and Reefs

    Today's diving explores the Felidhoo Atoll, starting with the iconic Golden Wall, a vibrant reef known for its stunning soft corals and abundant macro life. Additional dives are planned at Fushi Kandu and Fotheo, presenting opportunities for encounters with a diverse range of marine species. Overnight mooring will be at Fotheo.

  9. Day 9: South Male Atoll – Kandus and Thilas

    The journey continues into South Male Atoll, featuring dives at Endheri Tila and Fulidhoo. These sites are characterized by their thilas and kandus, offering thrilling drift dives through channels rich with marine activity. Divers can expect to see various reef fish and possibly larger pelagics. The vessel will overnight at Fulidhoo.

  10. Day 10: Guhraidhoo and Kandoma – Final Dives

    The penultimate day offers more incredible diving experiences at Farikholu, Guhraidhoo, and Kandoma. These sites are known for their vibrant reef systems and diverse marine populations, providing excellent opportunities for photography. Enjoy the final opportunities to explore the Maldivian underwater world. The night will be spent at Guraidhoo.

  11. Day 11: Disembarkation – Male, Maldives

    After a final breakfast on board, guests will disembark the Nautilus Two in Male, Maldives. Transfers will be arranged according to individual travel plans, concluding an unforgettable dive adventure through the Ari and South Male Atolls.
