Embark on an enriching 9-day, 8-night liveaboard journey exploring the pristine waters of Thailand's Andaman Sea, from the Similan Islands to the renowned Richelieu Rock. Guests are requested to arrive at the dive center by 16:30. Following a warm welcome and briefing, dinner will be served onboard as the vessel departs for the Similan Islands, embarking on an overnight cruise.
The first full day of diving takes place in the Similan Islands, renowned for their clear waters and vibrant ecosystems. Divers can explore a variety of sites featuring impressive boulder formations and healthy coral gardens. Opportunities for an afternoon beach or island visit are also provided.
Continue exploring the Similan Islands and move north to Koh Bon, a site famed for its potential manta ray encounters. The day's dives will showcase a mix of reef types, from intricate coral structures to dramatic rock formations. The day concludes with a sunset dive, offering a unique perspective of the marine environment.
The day focuses on the rich waters around Koh Bon and Koh Tachai, both renowned for attracting larger pelagic species. Koh Bon's ridge is a well-known cleaning station for manta rays, while Koh Tachai's pinnacle draws schools of fish and other impressive marine life, often with exhilarating currents. A night dive is planned to conclude the day's adventures.
Today's dives explore the healthy and diverse reefs of the Surin Islands, known for their abundant and varied marine life including hard and soft corals. The area offers opportunities to spot unique reef fish and occasional larger species. An afternoon beach or island visit is also part of the day's activities.
Dedicated to Thailand's most famous dive site, Richelieu Rock, this day promises exceptional diving experiences. This isolated pinnacle is a magnet for marine life, covered in vibrant soft corals and teeming with schooling fish. It's a prime location for macro enthusiasts and offers the highest chance of spotting whale sharks.
Return to Koh Tachai for more exhilarating dives around its famous submerged pinnacle. This site is celebrated for its strong currents, which attract large schools of pelagic species such as barracuda and trevallies. The rich coral growth on the granite boulders provides shelter for a variety of reef fish.
Engage in further exploration of the Surin Islands, known for their protected status and incredible marine biodiversity. Dives here reveal extensive hard and soft coral gardens, home to a multitude of reef fish and smaller critters. Morning opportunities for a beach or island visit are also available.
Enjoy a final breakfast onboard as the vessel returns to Khuraburi Harbor. Guests will disembark around 17:00, with transfers arranged to their onward destinations, including Phuket airport, Khao Lak, and other areas.
